Application and modifications of BREVA GENEVE Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions are applicable to any order placed through our website or one of our BREVA GENEVE Direct Sales representatives. Please note that before placing an order for products or services, you will be asked to agree to these Terms & Conditions. Sales concluded through third parties (such as authorized retailers) are not subject to these Terms & Conditions.
We may make changes from time to time to these Conditions of Sale so please check back regularly to keep informed of updates. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website. Any new version of these Conditions of Sale shall take effect immediately upon the date of posting and will govern any orders of products or services made as from that date. By placing an order, you automatically agree to all BREVA GENEVE Terms and Conditions.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions made after you have placed an order will not affect that order and your relationship with BREVA GENEVE, except as may be required by applicable law. Once your order is confirmed, all Terms and Conditions, including prices and refund policies, are fixed and will remain in force, even in case of modifications made after your order date.

Purchasing eligibility
Only individuals (and not legal entities) who (a) have reached the age of legal majority required to enter into contracts (eighteen in most countries); (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts; and (c) use a shipping address in a country that we ship to, may order products through the Direct Sales Chanel. If you are under the age of legal majority or otherwise cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf and they will be asked to agree to these Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order through the Direct Sales Chanel, you accept to refrain from reselling the product within 12 months and you represent and warrant that you are a bona fide end-user customer purchasing for your own or another’s personal use and will not deliver, sell or otherwise distribute our products or purchase our products or services for commercial purposes.
Order and preorder
To order your watch, a deposit is required to confirm your interest. The deposit amount depends on the watch model.
As soon as your deposit is executed, we will send you your advance payment receipt and an order confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the order confirmation. If you have any questions or concerns or if an order confirmation does not reflect your intentions, you should contact us at customercare@breva-watches.com without delay.
Should you change mind and cancel your order within 14 days, we will refund the full amount. If you decide to cancel your order later, the deposit paid - less banking or transfer fees, an administrative charge (10% of the deposit) and the eventual personalization costs incurred - will be refunded. Your deposit will not be refundable in case of a cancellation after you have been informed that your watch has been manufactured. To cancel your order, you must contact us at customercare@breva-watches.com.
One week before the delivery of your timepiece, we will send you your final invoice and ask you to proceed with the payment.
All orders made through our Direct Sales Chanel that have been manufactured but not been fully paid and / or collected six months after the manufacturing date can be sold to another customer. No refund can then be claimed.
Product availability and order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of serious doubts about the customer's compliance with these terms and conditions or in case of arrears.
All orders placed through our Direct Sales Chanel are subject to availability and acceptance of such orders by us. Quantity limits may apply in relation to orders for certain products. We reserve the right to refuse at any moment in time, without prior notice, orders exceeding a certain number of authorized products.

Shipping costs and insurances in relation with a watch purchase are included in the final price stated in your quote or order confirmation, (this excludes all services, accessories or repairs not covered by our international warranty).
Return policy
We want you to be completely happy with the product you have ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return notice within 14 days after receipt of the product. We will then within 5 working days issue a return authorization.
Please note that the product must be returned within 10 days of the date of the return authorization (return period). Further, all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original shipping and product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place. BREVA GENEVE will not accept any return if the timepiece shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or after the expiry of the 10-day return period. To proceed, you must imperatively contact us at customercare@breva-watches.com within 14 days after receipt of the product, otherwise, your request will not be considered.
A return in perfect conditions will result in the full refund less a transportation, insurance, an administrative charge (5% of the total price) and the eventual personalization costs.
Liability
We undertake to use our best endeavors to provide you with the best possible service quality consistent with the work done by all our employees. However, we cannot be held liable for any delay in delivering ordered articles, in particular for any delay in delivery of these articles by post, our order delivery partner, or its international partners.
Despite our vigilance and all the precautions taken by us in dealing with the partners with whom we work to enable you to benefit from the services offered by us, we do not guarantee the absence of any disturbance of the working of our website and the parts thereof. Consequently, we decline any liability for direct or indirect prejudice which may result from access to, or use of, our website or some of its elements, just as we decline any liability which may result from the impossibility of accessing or using our website, such as breakdowns or interruptions, network overloaded, distortion of messages, deliberate clogging of the electronic network by third parties, access breaking down or made impossible by network operators ensuing impossibility for us to process your order in due time. Similarly, we decline all liability for all risks associated with the installation of software permitting consultation of our website or for any damage resulting from errors in transmission, technical faults, overload or interruptions of communications.
We have made all the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your payments by credit card with our partner Stripe (www.stripe.com). However, we decline any liability for the use of this payment facility. In particular, you recognize that we cannot be liable for loss caused to you as a result of transmission errors, impersonation, forgery, hacking or deciphering by unauthorized persons or authorities (Swiss or foreign).
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are exclusively subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction shall be Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction as provided by law.
Each provision of these terms shall be construed separately and independently of each other. If any provision is deemed invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from and not affect the enforceability of any of the other provisions of these terms.

Returns and warranty
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for products purchased via our website. This does not affect your consumer rights in respect of defective products.
We are committed to ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.
Products are covered by the applicable BREVA GENEVE warranty: All BREVA GENEVE timepieces, sold through retail partners or directly, come with a 3-year international product warranty. Our watchmakers will personally take care of your After-Sales inquiries and will give you a prompt answer (10 days) regarding the repair of your watch.
Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at the customer’s request must have been done so by BREVA GENEVE or a BREVA GENEVE Authorized Retailer and should be returned immediately with all the links originally shipped if they are found defective.
